Royalty set-up and configuration:
We can set-up the initial data import and provide training for future use.

Incoming FTP Accounts: These are available to facilitate import of data such as Sales feeds or Stock files.

Each account: $10 p/m

Website Feed: Creation of a feed to your website.

Shopify, Woo Commerce / Wordpress : $700 p/a

Customised feed: From $1000 p/a

Data Import: A bulk upload importing data from a .csv or Excel file can save time in setting everything up.

One bulk upload (using our standard import template): $350

One bulk upload (using customised imports): From $350

Author Accounts: Enable authors to maintain their own contact details and download royalty statements from the system.

Packs of 50: $50 p/m

Templates 

Advance Information templates: We can build custom templates for AI sheets to allow you to show the information you want, in the way you want.

First template: $550

Subsequent templates: $350

Order Forms: One free form is included, any subsequent forms as below.

Catalogue Generation: Using an InDesign template based on an existing catalogue, we can create a new catalogue for you.

Training

Should you need any training on our products, we can facilitate this either at your offices or ours.

  • On-site standard day rate: $900 (+ travel expenses) 

  • Online standard rate (2 hours): $275 (up to six participants)

  • Getting started with royalties (half day): $750 

Custom Development

We can undertake custom development on all of our systems, depending on your requirements.

  • Day rate : $700 

  • Half day : $400 (minimum cost)
